[x] You smile a lot more than you should. (I've been told that I'm flirtatious because I smile so much. Whatever, folks. I'm a happy person.)

I had to:
Make a set about feelin' blue and:
- Be creative
- Be yourself
- Make us smile/cry/shiver/weep/giggle/etc.
- Add music

What do I do when I'm feeling blue?
1. I devour G.K. Chesterton at an even higher rate than usual.
2. I eat chocolate -- except when we haven't got any, and then I feel rather blue-er.
3. I listen to Kate Rusby or Old Blind Dogs or Gaelic Storm… and think about all the good memories associated with each song. [I love how songs hold memories inside them like that.]
4. I watch a black & white film. Preferably one featuring my good man Errol. :)
5. I take a walk and think and pray.
6. I read about pirates. (Cheery souls.)
7. I plan for the future. Tomorrow is another day, and all that.
8. And then have a good cry (makes no sense, but it's usually just when I'm trying to be quite brave and hopeful that the tears WILL come, in spite of my best efforts).
9. I read Psalm 91. "Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him…"
10. I sit down and talk it all out with my brother. Poor fellow, he does put up with a lot.

Someday I will have a houseful of books. And one whole shelf just for G.K. Chesterton.

Some friends of mine went to Iceland for a film shoot, a few months ago -- this set is inspired by their adventures. The top photo is an actual photo from their expedition.

What a fabulous film. Especially when seen with an 10-year-old boy who is so well-versed in the books that he knows everything about the film before it happens. :]
